The Farm
We practice rotational grazing with our lambs. This means we rotate them on an almost daily basis from May till December. The sheep are evenly fertilizing the pastures improving soil health. This also disrupts any parasite life cycle as worms need an available sheep host to breed again. Not allowing the sheep back to the same pasture for greater than 30 days assists in breaking the parasites life cycle.
